I’m Rebekah F. Leonard, a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) since 2006. I have over 20 years experience in bank compliance, and am well versed in both deposit and lending compliance. I was the Senior Vice President of Compliance for a community bank, helping the organization grow from $300MM in assets to over $1B at its acquisition. I’ve been through five successful FDIC Compliance and CRA exams, achieving an Outstanding CRA rating in four of them.
